SENSORY DESCRIPTION:
Reference type Weat Beer, Wheat Beer
Blonde veiled with 4.2° alc. high fermentation and refermented in the bottle.
Compact and persistent white foam, fine and persistent bubbles.
Wheat and Barley Malt to make the beer wort and a mix of fine hops.
Delicate, fresh, floral aromas with cereal notes. The small and pleasant bubbles stimulate the palate with a pleasant final taste.
On the palate very refreshing and regenerating. The wheat balances well with the barley malt. It is a beer of great drinkability.

Reference type PALE ALE/IPA
Classic malts supporting a generous dosage of hops both in bitterness and aroma.
Opaque pale with 5° alc. high fermentation and refermented in the bottle. Soft and persistent foam, Ale carbonation. The light malts release hints of bread and cereal but the high amount of hops used in the recipe leaves room for fine bitter notes, hints of cut grass, citrus, and slightly exotic fruit.
On the palate, the carbonation is fine, as tradition dictates. Our brewmaster has focused on the aromas of the hops used in the recipe.

SENSORY DESCRIPTION:
Reference type strong ALE
Pale malts and special malts. Beer that uses a single hop, both for bitterness and aroma (single Hop), with great aromatic properties.
Red 6.5° with slightly amber notes. High fermentation, refermented in the bottle.
Fine foam, ivory white color, typical Ale carbonation. The aromas are very pleasant on the nose. On the palate, caramel notes and hints of chestnut honey; slightly bitter, it offers a medium-bodied structure. Delicate malt in great balance with the aromas it releases and the balsamic scents.
Pleasant, it offers fantastic drinkability and captures the attention even of those who do not normally drink red beers.

SENSORY DESCRIPTION:
Reference type: Blonde with spelt/ALE
Barley malt, local organic unmalted spelt, Tuscan spices, and noble European hops.
Opaque blonde at 5°, high fermentation refermented in the bottle.
Soft foam, not very persistent, offers hints of spices from pink pepper to coriander and ginger, which blend well with malt and bread crust notes.
On the palate, the carbonation is fine and right, the aromas materialize in slightly fruity notes that never overpower the malt notes.
Excellent balance between drink and sweetness to end with a pleasant hoppy sensation.
